  • Vintage Fencing Mask Wall Art Project!

Looking to decorate a wall with vintage finds? This project is super quick, easy and quite a conversation piece!
    What you'll need:
    6 vintage fencing masks
6 handles (they generally come with the screws)
    drill gun
    tape measure
    level
We had this bare wall in our KI NASSAUER Los Angeles office and wanted to put up decor that represented our style. Enter our vintage fencing masks! You can pick up vintage fencing masks on Ebay or Esty anywhere from $25-$75. The ones we chose are mostly mid-range at $35/piece.
Next we popped over to Lowe's hardware store and grabbed 6 handles. They come packaged with the screws and run approximately $3/each.
Armed with our tape measure and level, we spaced out and marked where we wanted to place the masks on the wall and attached the handles.
To finish, we hung the masks on the handles by the back head piece.
Super motivated? Pick up some LED lights and light each mask.
Here's the finished wall! If you decide to do the project, be sure to send us a pic to vanessa@kinassauer.com.

      Hi Debi,

We were JUST in Orange County vintage shopping yesterday- stay tuned for a blog post Monday, February 3rd. Also, the best way to find vintage shops in your area or when traveling is Ki’s nationwide, online guide: FleaQuest! www.fleaquest.com

Hope this was helpful- happy junking!

I am wondering, new to this, where your favorite place is for great finds in the Orange County, Riverside County and Los Angeles County areas and if you have or know of a place in the Las Vegas/Henderson, Nevada area?

      Help???

Love it. Is this your place or Taylors. It’s so “your” style. And a very creative way to hang them.
